We’re a motion design studio with over 10 years of experience. The idea is to teach everything we’ve learned to aspiring artists like you, starting with frame by frame animation.
By becoming a member, you’ll learn the animation principles, apply the concepts through drills, and receive feedback on your output.
Access the entire library. We currently have 38 lessons in our lesson library, and we add new lessons monthly.
Knowing the theory is one thing, and practicing is another. That’s why you’ll also be doing drills and assignments.
We’ll take a look at your output, and we’ll record our feedback on how you can improve it.
This is one of our members-only lessons. Watch this first and see if you like our teaching style. In this video, we explain how to accelerate, maintain speed, and decelerate in animation.
We’ll start with the basics. We’ll cover one concept at a time. When we say that this is for beginners, we really mean it.
We’ll discuss the basic terms, and we’ll thoroughly explain each idea before proceeding.
Have you ever wondered why some animations look so smooth? Spoiler alert! It’s not having lots of frames.
It’s all in the timing and spacing. In the lessons, we’ll discuss and practice this a lot. It’s key that you’ll understand this early on.
Inbetweening is one of the most fundamental topics in animation, but it’s also one of the most overlooked concepts.
Most tutorials would tell you to use “feeling. “ And while that could also be the case, it’s not really helpful to beginners. There’s an actual framework we can use to make in-betweening easier. In the lessons, we’ll discuss the halves method and favoring.
When athletes perform, they make it seem effortless. What we don’t see are the countless hours put into practice.
That’s also the same with animation. Here are some of the drills that you’ll do.

We will use Adobe Animate in the demonstrations, but you can use any software you prefer.
Yes, you can! The lessons focus on the fundamentals. So you could apply that to any software of your choice.
But, of course, you need to know how to use the software you plan to use. Also, in the demonstrations, I will be using Adobe Animate. So, for example, if you’re using ToonBoom, you’ll need to figure out the equivalent of what I’m doing.
And once you know the equivalent, you can follow along easily.
Once you’re a member, you’ll have the option to connect your Discord account.
Once connected, you’ll have access to the #student-projects channel. Post your drills/assignments there.
We’ll have a look at your work, and we’ll make a video recording. And if you committed a mistake then we’ll show you how to improve it.
This is for people who want to get into frame by frame animation but feel intimidated by it.
The lessons are designed for beginners. But make no mistake, advanced animators can also apply the concepts taught. It just so happens that we’re explaining it in a simple and easy-to-understand way.
So it is by no means a watered-down version. The concepts are presented from simple to complex.
This class is also good for artists who want to add frame by frame animation to their arsenal.
